For all domestic donations (INR) a donation receipt is generated 20 days after the completion of a successful donation. This time is taken for the amount to be settled in the NGO’s account only after which a receipt can be generated and automatically emailed. For all foreign donations received in USD, a donation receipt is generated 3 days after the completion of a successful donation. In case if the email hasn't reached you, please check your SPAM folder once. If found there, please mark it as "Not Spam"

You can download the receipt from your profile once generated. To access the receipt, please follow the below steps:

1. Visit https://give.do/fundraisers/

2. Click on login on the top right.

3. Login using the email ID or phone number that was used to login earlier while making the donation.

4. Select 'Profile.'

6. On the left, click on My donations. You can download receipts for the donations made.
