To help with the process,

- Give will share upload-ready 10BD files with nonprofits. These files would include all donations received by the nonprofit directly from the platform in the given financial year. 

- The 10BD files need to be uploaded on the income tax portal and the corresponding 10BE list with acknowledgement number and the respective zip folder needs to be downloaded 

- Once downloaded, the 10BE list and the unzipped folder needs to be uploaded in the same folder as the 10BD file. - Give will then share these certificates with the donors.

- If there is a mismatch, the team at Give will reach out to you within a week.
